From a young age, I've been driven by a fascination with process improvement and the art of streamlining workflows. When I discovered the world of user experience, I knew I had found my niche. It's a realm where I can combine my love for critical thinking, psychology, and investigative skills to captivate and engage users in meaningful ways.
During my pursuit of a Master's in User Experience Design, I was particularly drawn to the intersection of UX principles and the healthcare industry. I recognized a significant gap in usability within this critical field, inspiring me to focus my efforts on ensuring that medical devices are not only effective but also safe for both patients and healthcare professionals. As a human factors engineer at a medical consulting firm, I am dedicated to bridging this gap by integrating user needs into the design process, ultimately benefiting our clients and their end users.
